Portfolio / Video Analytics
SecurityComputer-vision analytics pipelines that convert existing CCTV footage into real-time, actionable alerts.
Raw CCTV footage only delivers value if someone is actively watching it — and in practice, almost no one watches most of it in real time. We route existing camera feeds through a computer-vision analytics engine configured to detect the specific events that matter to a given site — intrusion into restricted zones, loitering, missing PPE/safety gear, occupancy thresholds — and wire detected events directly into a real-time alert dashboard, so the security team is notified the moment something happens rather than discovering it during a post-incident review.
Hours of CCTV footage went effectively unwatched in practice — no team has the headcount to monitor every feed continuously. As a result, incidents including unauthorized intrusion, safety violations, and loitering were typically discovered only after the fact, during a manual footage review, if a review happened to occur at all.
We integrated with the client's existing camera infrastructure — no camera hardware replacement required — and ran feeds through a computer-vision analytics engine, tuning detection rules per site and per camera to reflect the specific risks and layout of that location (e.g. restricted-zone intrusion on a warehouse perimeter vs. PPE compliance on a factory floor). Detected events are pushed in real time to an alert dashboard for the security team, with each alert linked back to the source clip and a full historical event log for later review or investigation.
The security team now responds to events as they happen instead of discovering them the next day during a footage review — using camera hardware they already owned, with no new capital outlay on the video capture side. The event history also gives the client a searchable record for incident investigation and compliance reporting that raw footage alone never provided.
